At my weekly crime poetry site -- https://poemsoncrime.blogspot.com -- I'm seeking to fill slots for December and beyond. This is a good opportunity for anyone wanting to write about recent crimes and see that work published in a matter of weeks.
The crimes can be fictionalized, but they don't have to be. I feel one of the site's obligations is to address the true crime of our day. You may find writing poetry leads to angles on fiction you may not have noticed before.
I welcome both established and first-time poets:
